The film opens with a wounded Billa secured firmly by a band of goons, with a gun pointed at him. Much of his(David Billa) childhood is show through slides in the opening credits. As the film opens, we see Billa walking into a refugee camp. He stands up for his fellow refugees and soon becomes a favorite.
